By accessing or using Art of Kings, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Art of Kings is a strategic decision-training platform that uses interactive scenarios to assess and develop leadership capabilities. The platform includes individual gameplay, institutional assessment tools, and research features.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithms
• Do not use automated tools to access the service beyond normal gameplay
• Do not share assessment results in ways that misrepresent their scope or validity
• Do not impersonate other users or institutions

5. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, assessment methodologies, and game mechanics are the intellectual property of Art of Kings and are protected by applicable patents, copyrights, and trade secrets. Patent pending.

6. Assessment Disclaimer

Leadership assessments provided by Art of Kings are for educational and developmental purposes. They are not clinical instruments and should not be used as the sole basis for personnel decisions. Norms marked SYNTHETIC are derived from simulated data and do not represent real population statistics.

7. Institutional Licenses

Institutional accounts are governed by separate license agreements. Instructor access to cadet data is limited to enrolled cadets and authorized assessment purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

Art of Kings is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
